We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join ourexceptional Front Office Team at Tŷ Milford Waterfront. Your calm, efficient, friendly and professionalpersonality will shine through to every guest along with your passion fordelivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Multi-tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positiveattitude at all times.
WHATYOU’LL DO …
As a Guest Services Associate you will ensure guests are given a warmand friendly welcome to the hotel and roomed according to departmentstandard. Your aim is to interact with guests, embrace our latest technology,and ensure a consistent level of service is offered at all times from thepoint of arrival, through to the time of departure. Guest Services Associatesare required to have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the servicesprovided by various outlets and to consistently provide a high level ofservice to all guests and colleagues, ensuring the provision of excellentservice throughout the stay.
