Night Installations Team Lead – Field Service

Focal Systems Newcastle upon Tyne, UK is seeking a Field Service Team Lead (Installations) for a 6-month fixed-term contract, minimum 30 hours per week. The role requires nights, weekend work, and on-site travel to customer sites with a UK driving licence.

You will lead installation teams and ensure high quality deployments of our retail AI platform. Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, installing and configuring camera hardware, site checks, customer liaison, and reporting.
