Night Operations Lead: Guest Experience & Safety (11pm–7am)

Soho House is seeking a Part Time Night Manager for the Redchurch Townhouse in East London. You will oversee all front office operations during the overnight shift, ensuring safety and providing exceptional member and guest service.

The role requires calm problem solving under pressure, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to lead a night team while upholding the Soho House ethos and standards.
