Night Senior Care Assistant - Lead Care Team (8pm-8am)

Bupa UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (8pm–8am) at Ashby Court Care Home, Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The role involves leading a unit, supporting a nurse with clinical duties, and guiding a team of Care Assistants.

You will ideally hold an NVQ3 in care or higher and have prior experience in care. We offer training on digital care tools and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care for residents.
