Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to support residents at night and assist the Night Care Team Leader in guiding the night team. You will deliver safe, compassionate care and help maintain high standards of documentation.

This role includes medication administration, care-plan reviews, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring a calm, dignified environment through the night.
