Night Senior Care Supervisor – Lead with Kindness

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (22 hours per week) to deliver personalised care in our dementia, nursing and residential homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, keep accurate records, and support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and be prepared to work towards Level 3, with a focus on person-centred planning and dementia care.
