Night Senior Carer - Lead & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to lead a dedicated team of Care Assistants in a warm, person-centred care home, ensuring residents receive compassionate and responsive support through the night.

You’ll supervise staff alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team with medications, assessments, care plans and care reviews, while always upholding residents’ dignity and preferences in a lively, welcoming environment.
