Night Senior Carer — Lead Care Team & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to look after residents in our care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans.

We are committed to dignity and personalised care, and offer ongoing training to help you develop your career within the group. Many Senior Carer Assistants progress to Care Practitioner or nursing roles.
