Night Senior Carer: Lead Care Team & Clinical Support

Barchester care home is seeking a Night Senior Carer to lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. The role includes supporting clinical tasks such as medication, assessments and care plans to deliver person-centred care.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, together with a compassionate approach and a commitment to high-quality elderly care within a welcoming environment.
