Night Senior Carer: Lead Care Team & Elder Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to join one of our care homes in the UK. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and provide person-centred care to residents, including supporting the clinical team with medication, care plans and care reviews.
