Night Senior Support Worker (Holly Court)

Location: Mirfield (WF14)

Hours: x1 part-time role (25hpw) x1 full-time role (37.5)

Hourly Rate: £15.61/hr (plus enhanced rates for overtime and Bank Holidays)

About Holly Court

Holly Court is a bright, lively home split into three separate bungalows, with spacious communal areas and beautiful gardens. The adults who live here enjoy a wide range of activities, community involvement and therapeutic support, enabling them to live enriched and fulfilling lives. Our team works closely with in-house therapy professionals to provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.

What You’ll be doing

• Lead and support colleagues during night shifts
• Provide high-quality, person-centred support
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for the people we support

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or complex needs
• Experience working in a senior or lead support role, or the ambition to step into oneStrong communication and leadership skills
• A caring, professional and positive approach
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
