Night-Shift Care Assistant — £500 Welcome Bonus

Cornerstone Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our team at South Africa Lodge. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with dementia and complex needs in a 99-bed home.

You will work night shifts (19:45–07:45), averaging 38.5 hours weekly on a 3/4 pattern with alternate weekends. A welcoming £500 bonus is offered as part of the package, with extensive training and progression opportunities.
