Night-Shift Customer Assistant: Store Excellence

Lidl is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our store team. You’ll help maintain high standards, keep the shop floor tidy, stock shelves, and support customers from opening until close, including night shifts where applicable.

In return we offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.45-£14.45), a 35 hour contract, 30–35 days of holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension contributions and long service awards. Training and progression are supported.
