Night Shift Depot Front-Line Manager: Despatch & Drivers

Hovis Bakeries is hiring a Depot Front Line Manager in Gateshead to lead the night operation across despatch and transport. You will manage a team of about 28 colleagues, including 14 despatch operatives and 14 drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, on-time performance.

You’ll be on the floor daily, coaching, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement, with a focus on people development and customer service excellence.
