Night Shift Lead — Retail Team, Flexible Hours

Tesco UK in Basildon is recruiting for a Night Shift Lead on a temporary basis. Your hours include a 36.50 per week pattern with a base pay starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain stores and an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for midnight to 6am shifts.

You will lead the store team, coordinate across departments, and ensure a great customer experience while adapting to busy, fast-paced conditions.
