Night Shift Ops Leader – Growing Food Manufacturing

The Sterling Choice is partnering with a food manufacturing site in East Yorkshire to appoint a Night Shift Operations Manager who will take complete ownership of the overnight operation. You will lead around 100 people, with Shift Managers reporting in and dotted-line responsibility across Engineering, Hygiene and Quality.

You'll be the senior operational leader on nights, developing leadership capabilities and driving safety, quality and productivity across the site.
