Night Shift Production Manager - Manufacturing

CV Technical is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to join our Blackburn facility. You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee day-to-day shop floor operations during the night shift from Thursday to Sunday.

The role requires leading a team of production staff to meet targets while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will drive KPI attainment, coordinate with planning and maintenance, and deliver effective shift briefs focused on cost and delivery.
