Night Shift Production Manager

Night Shift Production Manager Dungannon £45,000 Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dungannon, to recruit a Production Manager to manage the Night Shift Production Manager. The Production Manager is responsible for shift-by-shift output, team management and maintaining immediate floor standards. You will have a Minimum of 3 years experience leading large teams in a production environment. The Role: Shift Accountability & Delivery: Holds full responsibility for the shifts output, ensuring efficiencies, OEE and daily production targets are safely met Shift-Level Compliance & Standards: Enforcing uncompromising adherence to Health & Safety, GMP and hygiene protocols, acting as the ultima guardian of permanent audit readiness Out-of-Hours Cross Functional Leadership: Assumes dotted-line accountability for Extrusion and Flavouring during evening and night shifts, busting silos to ensure immediate technical issue resolution and continuous product flow Resource & Labour Ownership: Autonomously manages shift-level staffing, dynamic labour allocation and holiday cover to ensure optimal line balancing without escalating to the Factory Manager Leadership Coaching: Actively manages, mentors and upskills Supervisory team, shifting from reactive problem-solving to proactive performance management Changeover Excellence: Drives the strategy and organization for highly effective, standarised changeovers to minimize downtime and eliminate waste Continuous Improvement Execution: Driving shift-level lean initiatives to systematically eliminate waste, optimise OEE and embed a daily problem-solving mindset across the supervisory and line leader teams If this job sounds like the job for you or you're just considering a change.
