Night Shift Production Team Lead – Food Manufacturing

Cuisine Centre, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is hiring a Preparation Team Leader in Derby to lead a night shift production team. You will ensure SKUs are prepared, packed and dispatched per production plans while maintaining GMP, food safety, traceability and written records.

This 40-hour week operates on a 4-on, 4-off pattern with night shifts from 22:00 to 06:30 and a pay rate of £17.25 per hour plus £1.00 premium for unsociable hours.
