Night Shift Retail Manager – Lead Team & Store Ops

Lidl in Bristol is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a sizeable store team across day and night shifts, motivating colleagues and delegating tasks while upholding Lidl’s high standards every shift.

The role offers £14.95-£15.45 per hour on a 35-hour contract, with an extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, plus 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave and a contributory pension.
