Night-Shift Senior Care Lead for Dementia & Dignity

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a night-shift team in a 33-hour week role. You will plan and deliver personalised care, support residents and families, and ensure high standards of care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings.

You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide physical and mental stimulation, maintain records, and continuously improve care plans with a compassionate, kind approach.
