Night-Shift Senior Customer Service Leader

Pinnacle Group, a national provider of housing, neighbourhood and workplace services, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor in Chelmsford to lead and support a team of Contact Centre Agents in Pinnacle Connect. You will handle enquiries across channels and mentor colleagues within a 24/7 operation.

Night shifts 10pm–8am, four nights on, four off, with focus on service levels, quality and customer satisfaction, while ensuring accurate CRM records and ongoing process improvements.
