Night Shift Store Leader: Drive Stock & Safety

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to drive the overnight store operations, leading the night team and ensuring shelves are ready for the morning rush. You’ll report to the Store Manager and own the night shift, setting pace, efficiency and morale on the floor.

As a proven leader with experience in high-volume retail or hospitality, you will manage stock flow, stock integrity, and safety procedures, while delivering strong handovers to daytime managers.
