Night Shift Store Leader with Flexible Hours

Tesco PLC is seeking a Night Shift Lead to supervise a Tesco store team and ensure smooth night-time operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating across store areas, and maintaining a high standard of leadership during the night shift.

You’ll be responsible for guiding colleagues, resolving issues, and upholding Tesco’s service commitments. The position offers a minimum guaranteed hours contract (minimum 16 hours per week) with shifts scheduled in advance.
