Night-Shift Store Team Leader - Part-Time

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Isleworth to manage day-to-day store operations and lead a small team to deliver essential services to the community.

You will work night shifts 10pm–6am, potentially in the post office or bakery, and support online services and home deliveries. You’ll champion Co-op membership and drive community engagement while ensuring stock accuracy and strong service.
