📍 Location: Rotherham / Brinsworth 💷 Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + 33% Night Shift Allowance 🌙 Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday

Join a growing manufacturing business as a Night Shift Supervisor, leading a team across machining and wrapping operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong people leader who understands a CNC/machining production environment and is confident managing a busy manufacturing team.

🔧 About the Role:

• Lead and motivate the night shift team
• Oversee machining and wrapping operations
• Manage production, quality, efficiency and daily targets
• Support training, development and continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential
• Understanding of CNC/machining or a similar manufacturing environment
• Strong manufacturing/engineering background
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident, proactive and able to lead from the front
