Night-Shift Warehouse Leader — High-Volume Ops & Safety

AMFRESH Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our night shift on a 4 on / 4 off pattern in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will own the shift, drive productivity, accuracy and safety, and set a positive, high-performing tone for your team.

You will manage attendance, performance and coaching, run shift briefings, resolve issues under pressure, and continuously seek process improvements to boost night‑shift performance.
