Fowler Welch is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for nights in our Worcester area. The role is based in a chilled warehouse (2–4°C) with a Sunday to Wednesday? No, Wednesday to Saturday nights, 18:00–06:00. You’ll lead a team, drive productivity, and ensure loading accuracy and service standards.
