Night Shifts: Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (Home Care)

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant to support an adult female with complex care needs at home in Ilford. Night shifts are Friday to Monday nights 21:00-07:00, with enhanced pay for nights and weekends.

You will assist with medication administration, enteral feeding, moving and handling, and maintain a safe, person-centred environment while promoting independence and reablement.
