Night Site ManagerBack to jobs# Night Site ManagerLocationSlough, Berkshire, South East, EnglandSalary£60 per hourContract TypeContractWork TypeFull TimePosted on10 Aug 2026**Location and Working Pattern*** Slough* Nights: 5:30pm to 6:00am* Approx. 3-month contract (until December)* Weekend work required**Responsibilities*** Manage and supervise all night-shift site activities including subcontractor teams* Ensure health and safety compliance and enforcement of RAMS, permits, and site rules* Track progress against programme milestones and report issues promptly* Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and access control* Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate records* Coordinate with the day team for seamless project handovers* Support commissioning tasks as needed* Ensure adherence to client and statutory compliance requirements**Must-have Requirements*** Proven experience as Night Manager, Construction Manager, or similar in large-scale projects* Background in data centres, complex industrial builds, or high-spec technical environments (desirable)* Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and CDM awareness* Ability to manage and direct night-shift operations independently* Willingness to work regular weekends as part of the shift pattern #J-18808-Ljbffr
