Night Social Care Worker — Flexible Shifts & Training

Choice Care Group in Bracknell is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities and follow care plans under supervision.

Role includes weekend and shift work with arota scheduling and comprehensive in-house training. Career progression via our Learning Academy and supportive team environment are offered.
