Night Support Worker - Children

Our Children's Home Haweside are looking for a dedicated and passionate Night Support Worker, to join their team. Our home in Haweside, is a nurturing, 2 - bedded , mixed gendered children's home, supporting young people up to the age of 18, with social, emotional and mental health (SMEH) needs, including ADHD, ODD and mild learning difficulties. We provide a safe, supportive environment for our young people, helping them build confidence, resilience and independence. Our team is made up of dedicated, child-focused professionals, who are committed to providing outstanding care, and achieving positive outcomes for every young person. We believe in working together, supporting one another, and creating a positive, family - style environment where both young people and staff can thrive.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license is essential.

As a Night Residential Support Worker, you will be at the centre of the fun! Taking young people to see their friends, trips to the cinema, partaking in community events such as fundraisers and galas, teaching the young people to cook, encouraging them to be independent and many other brand new opportunities that they may never have had the chance to do previously. This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
