Night Support Worker – Residential Care (Elder/Dementia)

Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking a Night Support Worker for Christian Head Residential Home in Kirkby Stephen. You will work 21.37 hours per week, supporting adults with care needs during night shifts, administering medication, and maintaining resident safety.

The role involves working nights 9:45pm–7:30am, on a rota including weekends and bank holidays. A compassionate approach and reliability are essential to help residents stay safe and well in a home-from-home setting.
