Night Team Leader – Hawthorn House

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Team Leader to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting in daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

To drive the company vehicle, you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have driven in the UK for at least two years.

Starting rates: Level 1 £14.24, Level 2 £15.23, Level 3 £16.30 per hour. Experience can elevate pay to £16.30.

What you’ll do

As a Night Team Leader you will manage nightly shift duties, support residents in the evening, and coordinate transportation to community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.

What experience and qualifications do you need?

• A genuine passion for care and the motivation to contribute to the progression of others
• A strong team player
• Resilient and confident, able to seek support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care, or a willingness to work towards one
