Night Transport Lead – 4 on/4 off, FMCG Logistics

Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) is seeking an Assistant Transport Manager to lead 24/7 transport operations and manage the Transport Team, supporting the Transport Manager in delivering services within budget and forecasted costs.

The role is 4 on 4 off nights (19:00–07:00) and requires strong leadership, planning, and regulatory knowledge to optimise fleet utilisation, ensure maintenance schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the depot.
