Up to £38,000 + car allowance | Total earning potential up to £45,000 4 on, 4 off | Nights

An established and busy transport operation is looking for an experienced Night Transport Planner to join its Bristol team.

This is a key role responsible for coordinating drivers, deliveries and collections throughout the night, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and customers receive an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with multiple drivers Liaise with ports and customers regarding deliveries and collections Book port delivery slots Monitor ETAs and proactively manage delays Reroute and reorganise jobs when required Update driver information and jobs using TOPS Check and allocate PODs accurately Keep customers updated on delays Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently

About You

Previous experience as a Traffic Operator, Transport Planner or similar - essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong knowledge of UK geography Confident dealing with drivers, customers and ports Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Able to work independently and on a 4 on, 4 off night shift patternIf you're an experienced transport professional looking for a key night-time planning role with earning potential up to £45,000, apply today.
