Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and algorithms.
• Build and optimize pipelines for text preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training.
• Work with various NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, named entity recognition, and machine translation.
• Integrate NLP models into production systems and applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to enhance product features.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate to achieve state-of-the-art results.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in NLP development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for NLP tasks.
• Understanding of language models, embeddings, and text representation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for language technology.
