Non-Medical Prescriber - Community Health & Recovery

Change Grow Live is seeking an experienced Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join the Kirklees service in Dewsbury. The post involves working in a high-performing multidisciplinary team with responsibilities across assessment, prescribing, and care planning for individuals facing complex health and substance use needs.

Only qualified NMPs with community prescribing experience and active NMC/GPhC registrations are invited to apply. Enhanced DBS is required; travel between sites is necessary.
