Notting Hill: Senior Recovery Outreach Leader

Hestia in London is seeking a Senior Recovery Outreach Worker for our Notting Hill day service. You will lead and develop the service, promoting recovery, independence and wellbeing through person-centred support that helps individuals sustain tenancies and reduce hospital admissions.

You will provide leadership, mentoring and supervision to staff and volunteers, support recruitment and training, and work with partners and stakeholders to drive service improvements and contractual compliance.
