Primary ECT / NQT Supply Teachers – Nottingham
Position: Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Supply Register
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Part-Time, Daily Supply, Block Bookings
Key Partner Trusts: Greenwood Academies Trust & L.E.A.D. Academy Trust
Start Date: Immediate & Regular Intakes Throughout the Academic Year
About the Role
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain diverse classroom experience, build professional networks, and enjoy full flexibility over your working week?
We are currently recruiting passionate and motivated Primary ECTs to join our dedicated Nottingham Supply Register. As part of our supply team, you will have the opportunity to work across leading Multi-Academy Trusts in the region, with high demand across primary academies within the Greenwood Academies Trust and the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust.
Whether you are looking for full-time block placements, 2–3 set days per week, or flexible day-to-day cover across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2), we can tailor work to match your schedule and location preferences.
Key Requirements
To join the Primary ECT Supply Register, you must meet the following criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold or be pending QTS completion (e.g., PGCE, BA Hons Primary Education, or SCITT).
DBS Requirement: An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for a new Enhanced DBS check through us).
Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Classroom & Behaviour Management: Ability to adapt quickly to established classroom routines and maintain a positive, safe learning environment.
Safeguarding: Strong commitment to safeguarding children and promoting pupil welfare.
Right to Work: Valid entitlement to work in the UK.
