NPD Technologist: Food Innovation & Feasibility

Zest is seeking an NPD Technologist to join its food development team in a chilled food manufacturer. You will work cross-functionally with Development, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain, guiding each new product from concept through to handover to production.

You will ensure recipes are set up correctly, test taste and shelf life, conduct tastings, benchmark against competitors and ensure brand and nutritional standards before customer sign-off.
