NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Nixon McQuade are working with a National Law firm based in Belfast to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded litigation team within a National Firm.

The role offers exposure to high quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Role

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters
• Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to clients
• Negotiate settlements and represent client interests effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Maintain accurate case records using case management systems
• Meet billing targets and contribute to the financial performance of the team

Candidate Profile

• Newly Qualified to 2 PQE
• Experience in litigation
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
