We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected Northern Ireland law firm seeking an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to gain exposure to the entire residential conveyancing process -not just one stage of a transaction. Working alongside experienced property solicitors, you'll receive hands-on mentoring, develop your technical expertise and build lasting client relationships from the outset.

The Role

You'll assist on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Title investigations and property searches
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with the support of experienced colleagues

About You

We're keen to speak with solicitors who:

• Are newly qualified or due to qualify shortly
• Have a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and property law
• Enjoy building strong client relationships
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Are ambitious, eager to learn and looking to build a long-term career in property law
