Working alongside experienced Employment Solicitors, you'll advise both employers and employees on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The team regularly handles complex disputes, high-profile matters and landmark cases, providing excellent training and exposure for a junior lawyer looking to build a successful career in Employment Law. The Role: Advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters Supporting on contentious and non-contentious work Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and workplace disputes Advising on contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance issues Working closely with experienced lawyers on complex and high-profile cases Building strong client relationships and developing your technical expertise About You: Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly Strong interest in Employment Law Excellent communication and client-care skills Strong academic background and attention to detail Ambitious and keen to develop within a respected team Why Apply?
