What you do:

• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to the residents, home wide.
• Ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team.
• Follow company standards, RQIA guidelines and legal/statutory requirements
• Manage and maintain the Homes budget.

What you need to be:

• UK NMC registered with 5 years experience working as a Registered Nurse in the UK
• Experience working in a Nursing Home setting
