Nursery Assistant

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Bedford (MK42) who are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their Early Years team on a long term, ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity to support within a structured nursery setting within a primary school, working with young children in a nurturing and engaging environment. Location: Bedford, MK42 Start Date: 2nd September Role: Level 3 Nursery Assistant Contract: Full‑time, ongoing Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15am -3:45pm

Key Responsibilities

• Support children within the Nursery / Early Years setting
• Assist with learning, development, and daily routines
• Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Work closely with Early Years staff

About You

• Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Patient, caring, and proactive approach
