Temporary Head Chef – Nursery Setting

Location: Epsom area£14.00 per hour 08:00 – 15:15 ASAP – 31 October 2026 We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a nursery catering team on a temporary basis. The role involves providing nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day for approximately 50 nursery children, including:

Breakfast Lunch Afternoon snack Tea Afternoon teaYou’ll be supported by a team member who can assist with basic food preparation, allergen documentation, stock duties and kitchen porter (KP) duties.

Requirements

Enhanced DBS required Previous experience working in a nursery, school or similar catering environment would be beneficial Strong understanding of food safety and allergens Confident working independently and managing a kitchen All chefs must wear long-sleeve chef jackets and non-slip shoesIf you're available for this temporary opportunity and have the required experience and DBS, please get in touch
