Location: Thrive Pudsey Nursery, Leeds
Job Type: Part Time or Full Time
Salary: 13.25 per hour (Level 2) 13.55 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicatedEarly Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Pudsey Nursery. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As anEarly Years Practitioner , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities Early Years Practitioner

As anEarly Years Practitioner , you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support childrens learning, development, and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Observe, assess, and track childrens progress
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
