We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to support a thriving nursery in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to lead a committed team, oversee the day-to-day running of the setting, and ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive and nurturing environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery Ensure high standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework Manage, support, and motivate nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements, safeguarding procedures, and relevant legislation Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and external agencies Monitor occupancy, staffing levels, and nursery performance Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Essential Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification as a minimum (Mandatory) Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People's Services, Early Years, or equivalent (Desirable) Previous experience in a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Leadership role within an early years setting (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework, Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and child development A minimum of 24 months of referenceable work history within the last 5 years (Mandatory) Professional references provided from company/professional email addresses only (Mandatory) Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Right to work in the UK Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
