Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
• Observe and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate records.

• Work collaboratively with nursery colleagues to achieve high standards of care.

Requirements

• Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model, including effective remote communication.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education in Bristol .
